Our Family Subscription Plan makes it easy for you to register anytime, never miss a registration deadline, or lose your spot in class.
It also makes it super easy for you to pause or cancel your plan when you need to. There are just a few guidelines that need to be followed!
As a reminder, when you registered, you committed to staying in the Family Subscription Plan for at least TWO months. The earliest possible cancellation dates are as follows:

To pause or cancel your plan, we require notification sent to our office at least THIRTY (30) days in advance. The paused/canceled subscription will end on the last day of the month following notification. If cancellation corresponds with the start of a new song collection, you will not receive the new songbook and access code. In other words:

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I join for just one song collection?
You get to choose how long you are enrolled in classes. As long as you take classes for a minimum of two months, you can then cancel at anytime. We don't officially organize our classes into "semesters" as we did in the past, but we still follow the Music Together® Song Collections schedule.
I forgot to cancel my account -- can I get a refund?
While we understand that things come up and that we won't be able to make music together forever, we're not able to grant refunds once tuition has been charged for the month.
